BOOKING POLICY
1. Reservation Procedure
At BÓHA London, we look forward to welcoming you and ensuring a delightful dining experience. To make a reservation, please follow the guidelines below:
- Online Booking: You can make a reservation through our website using our online booking system.
- Phone Reservations: Alternatively, you can call us at 020 3819 6644 during our business hours to make a reservation.
2. Reservation Confirmation
We will confirm your reservation via email or phone call, depending on the method you used to book. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details during the booking process.
3. Reservation Cancellation
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the reservation time. This allows us to accommodate other guests.
3.1. No-Show Policy
Reservations not canceled within the 24-hour notice period or guests who do not show up for their reservation will be subject to a fee of £25 per guest on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and £50 per guest on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays that will be applied to the credit card on file. All tables are held for 15 minutes.
4. Group Bookings
For reservations of 12 guests or more, please contact us directly. Additional terms and conditions may apply for large group bookings.
5. Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests, such as dietary preferences and celebrations. Please inform us of any special requirements when making your reservation, and we will make every effort to fulfill your needs.
6. Late Arrivals
We understand that unforeseen delays can occur. If you anticipate being late for your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will hold your table for 15 minutes beyond the reservation time. After this grace period, we may release the table to waiting guests.

8. Dress Code Overview
We ask that you approach your attire with intent and a sense of occasion. We welcome you to dress with character and originality, but please note we favour a smart dress code, on Friday and Saturday evenings. On Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday we allow casual dress with the prohibition of the items below.
The following items may not be permitted at any time:
- Beachwear or beach shoes
- Sportswear including athletic sneakers
- Flip flops, slides, thong sandals and crocs
- Party accessories (including veils, crowns, sashes & other).
9. Photography Policy
To maintain a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience for all guests, we ask that you approach your photography with respect for other diners and guests;
- We encourage capturing memories, but kindly ask that you do so discreetly, without disturbing the atmosphere or the dining experience of those around you.
- Please ensure you have respect for other guests’ personal space and privacy when photographing yourself, your guests, and the venue.
- Please refrain from using flash photography during your visit, especially in areas with low lighting or close proximity to other guests as the use of flash can be disruptive to other diners and staff.

10. ID & Proof of Age
Please note that after 9pm we require physical ID from all guests, which will be scanned on arrival. Management reserves the right to refuse entry if no physical ID is provided.
Any decision regarding permitting entry to the restaurant is entirely at the management’s discretion.
11. Kids Eat free on Sunday’s
Menu Restrictions: To redeem the offer, children must order from our Sunday Kids Roast menu.
Adult Participation: For each free kid’s meal, one adult must order a minimum of two dishes from our Sunday Roast Menu.
Offer Restrictions: Offer valid only for children aged up to 12 years old.
Redemption: Both walk-ins and bookings are eligible to redeem the offer.
